REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
Must have a valid AK3 Umum & K3 MIGAS certifications
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001
Experience in CHSEMS / CSMS implementation is an advantage
Strong knowledge in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation
Strong reporting & documentation skills
Preferably competent in First Aider and Fire Fighter
Able to use editing applications
Excellent communication skills

Identify potential hazards related to ongoing work activities and report any unsafe conditions or hazards identified to the Project Manager.
Monitor work execution to ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and the Client's HSE representative regarding any HSE-related issues arising during project activities.
Conduct necessary HSE inductions, awareness programs, and training sessions.
Perform routine HSE inspections throughout the project duration.
Conduct workplace environmental quality monitoring and assessments.
Coordinate emergency drills during project execution and liaise with the Client's HSE team regarding emergency response planning and drill implementation.
Maintain and document all records related to implemented HSE plans, activities, inspections, and compliance requirements.
