REQUIREMENTS:

High School (SMA/SMK) graduates: Minimum 8 years of experience in lifting operations.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related): Minimum 3 years of experience in lifting operations.
Certified as a Lifting Supervisor by BNSP Migas
Ability to read and interpret crane load charts, rigging plans, and lifting procedures.
Able to create simple lifting plans and fully understand lifting plans
